A.You can either purchase a Carry-It-Pack on this website, by filling out our order form or contact us and an order can be placed over the phone, fax or email.

(However if the Carry-It-Pack is faulty but not through misuse or mishandling, a full replacement or appropriate part will be provided under the warranty after receipt of such faulty part.)
